You’ll receive resources, exercises, and tools that have a proven track record of helping people get results, and you’ll uplevel your wellness, all at your own pace.

About Your Facilitator

The Exploring Wellness Roundtable is led by Dr. Therese Mascardo who has been featured in the likes of Women’s Health, Darling Magazine, Psychology Today, and PsychCentral.

Dr. Therese will utilize over a decade of mental health experience (pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered Psychology) and

What this group IS NOT:

✇ This is not group or individual therapy: this is self-guided education and resources bolstered by group support and expert facilitation, there is no individual care, monitoring, therapist-client relationship, urgent or emergency care.

✇ A place for people who don’t want to put in any effort and expect big outcomes

✇ A place for people who only want individual attention

✇ A place to hide from feedback

✇ This won’t include discussing things not yet proven to be scientifically helpful. I will not advise on alternative healing modalities such as reiki, crystals, tarot, psychedelic journeys, etc. While I focus on scientifically supported techniques, I encourage you to listen to your intuition and explore what is healing for you on your unique journey.

✇ A place for arrogance (my own or otherwise.) We are all humans on a journey and respecting each other is essential. I will share from my own experience and education but will also encourage you to find your own answers and listen to your own instincts.
