The best news for my birthday

It’s my birthday this week and I’m feeling grateful for YOU and for the blessings of friends, family, and abundance in my life.

And there’s one very special bit of news that just came out this week which feels like the best birthday present ever…

Last month I flew out to LA for a secret project that I’ve been dying to tell you about! (Hint: What do Julianne Hough, Gabrielle Union, and Jonathan Van Ness have in common? Keep reading to find out.)

It’s always a treat to come home to California and see my loved ones, and this time I had the added delight of working with some folks I really love. First, let me tell you that I LOVE a collab. Something about folks coming together to do something great they couldn’t do alone just really vibes with me.

So I am beyond excited to tell you that I’ve partnered up with the amazing and incredible FitOn App and we’ve combined forces to do a fitness + mental health match made in heaven.

If you’re not familiar with FitOn, I simply LOVE working out with them. With 400K+ 5 star reviews they are the #1 Health & Fitness app in the world, and they offer FREE high quality workout videos and wellness courses to their 15+ million followers.

They have workouts offered by celebs like Halle Berry, Julianne Hough, Gabrille Union, JVN, as well as courses taught by top doctors and experts which now include… ME!

If you’ve been around long enough, you know that you can’t really have full physical health without mental health, and that mental health is 100% connected to physical health. So it makes all the sense in the world that for their latest course, “The Weight Loss Companion” it would be a great call to include insights from a mental health pro (in this case, yours truly!)

Now trust me when I say, I know firsthand that weight loss can be a triggering topic. We can get so many messages about our bodies and weight that can be SO damaging. Which is why I’m so happy that FitOn gave me the opportunity to share mentally healthy habits to support weight loss if that’s a goal for you.

I truly believe that weight loss can be a goal that doesn’t have to include diet culture and fat phobia with it. As someone with PCOS I am so happy to be a part of a course that supports good mental health habits alongside weight loss goals.

Stay tuned, I’m sure I’ll be sharing more with you in the not too distant future.

It’s been a WILDLY exciting and joy-filled month with me, so thanks for being here and celebrating with me!

Grateful for you,

Therese 💜
