Introducing our High Protein Probiotic Berry Bark—a simple, refreshing snack that combines the creamy goodness of Greek yogurt with the antioxidant power of fresh berries. It’s the perfect way to treat yourself while giving your brain a little boost.

What’s in it? Just some of our favorite mood-boosting ingredients like:

  • Greek Yogurt: Packed with protein and probiotics, it’s great for gut health, which we know plays a huge role in mental well-being.

  • Berries: These little gems are loaded with antioxidants that help protect your brain and support a positive mood.

  • Honey and Nuts: Add a touch of sweetness and crunch, making this bark a deliciously satisfying snack.

High Protein Probiotic Berry Bark

Ingredients:

•⁠ ⁠2 cups plain Greek yogurt (fage is our fave!)

•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp honey

•⁠ ⁠1 tsp vanilla extract

•⁠ ⁠2 cups mixed berries

•⁠ ⁠Chopped nuts (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla.

  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.

  3. Top it with berries and nuts (optional).

  4. Freeze until firm.

  5. Break into pieces.

The protein from yogurt and antioxidants from berries make this a nutritious treat.
