High Protein Probiotic Berry Bark
Ingredients:
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (fage is our fave!)
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups mixed berries
• Chopped nuts (optional)
Method:
Mix yogurt, honey and vanilla.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
Top it with berries and nuts (optional).
Freeze until firm.
Break into pieces.
