Cacao: Acts as a natural mood-booster.
Mood Boosting Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp nut butter (optional, we used tahini)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Method:
Just blend everything up and enjoy! Top with berries, nuts, coconut, or cacao nibs for that extra yum.
