I've Waited Nearly 2 Years To Tell You This…

I still can’t believe this is real.

I signed on for a project two years ago that was something I never dreamt I’d get the chance to be a part of. After much thoughtful effort alongside an amazing team of contributors, it’s finally made its way into the world: my very first workbook and journal! 📚✨

Our goal was to create something beautiful filled with thought provoking questions and exercises to help you love your life. Life can be hard but if we can find ways to love the journey in the everyday, then we’re making the most of it. To support you on your journey, I’ve shared some of my favorite exercises directly from my therapy work with clients. Best of all, the designs featured throughout the books were 100% designed by women (including many women of color) and depict images of people from diverse backgrounds and with different body shapes too. I hope you’ll feel inspired to pick one up for you, and feel proud to give them to the people in your life who could use a little dose of inspo too.
