Sharing with Selena Gomez’ Wondermind!
If you know me, you know I love a famous person who uses their notoriety for good. Selena Gomez has always been a favorite of mine for vulnerably sharing about her mental health to help reduce mental health stigma.
So I’m super excited to have had the opportunity recently to contribute to her latest venture to support mental health, Wondermind. And let me tell you, I just love it! The weekly newsletter is filled with honest conversations and expert advice, and their goal is to be your roadmap for overcoming stigma, shifting your mindset, and feeling supported. How great is that?
In their recent newsletter, I shared in a little segment called “Therapy Hack.” In it, I share one of my favorite tricks for how to overcome thought distortions called “Putting your thoughts on trial.”
This trick is perfect for anyone who tends to go down a negative thought spiral or have catastrophic thinking (when you always see the worst in a situation.)
